Compatible with the William Sound line of products such as the Pro and Ultra Pocketalkers and public FM systems.

The cord breaks tOo easy

I have bought 4 of these in the last 5 years, the cord continueS to break.

We have also noticed issues with the Williams Sound earbuds and headphones. We recommend avoiding winding the cables around the earbuds, Pocketalker, or headset.

Although it's not ideal, you can reinforce the cables where they connect to the earbuds or headset by using heat shrink electrical tape or tubing. This may help extend the item's lifespan.
